Tropical Sun Gravy Browning Sauce is a blend of caramelised sugar, vegetable concentrates and seasonings. It’s traditionally added to gravies, stews, roasts and even cakes to give it a deeper, darker and subtle caramel flavour.
It is a key ingredient in brown stew chicken, oxtail stew and Christmas cakes.
Water, Colour: Caramel (E150c), Thickener: Modified Corn Starch
Shake well before use. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 6 weeks.
