This legendary Guava Jam uses the finest guavas which are then beaten to a pulp and mixed with cane sugar and pectin (this is a jelling substance that occurs naturally in many fruits) to capture the luscious flavour of fresh guava.
It is the perfect addition to bread or crackers and it even goes well with a cheese board.
