Water, Scotch Bonnet Peppers (30%), Vinegar, Sugar, Salt, Thickener: Modified Corn Starch, Preservative: Potassium Sorbate.
Shake well before use. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 6 weeks.
